You might want to try asking this question at LinkedIn. They have a questions forum just like this but LinkedIn is for professionals. There may be a better opportunity to get a knowledgeable response.

Using Frontpage is generally a very bad idea when it comes to web design. Aside from HTML, you should know CSS, PHP, some XHTML, and some JavaScript.

As a developer, I would appreciate every comment, including negative comments. Just don't insult anyone when you report an issue (it's a psychology thingy...other subject).

It takes time to rank well on the Web especially for competitive keywords. You did not indicate how long your site has been up and running

But if you go to Google and even doing site:www.yourwebsiteURL.com command does not show up anything for your site, then something is really really wrong and I would change your webmaster as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the person, then it may be best to find a replacement.

However, bear in mind the following:

- the webmaster must give you all the files of your site (it's not uncommon to hear of disgruntled/fired out webmasters holding out some files of the site)

- the webmaster must turn over the passwords to you for the site web hosting, FTP or anything else involved with the site. Once you fire the person, change all the passwords at once.

- when you look for a new one, check out if the person has any SEO knowledge.

YOU decide on the CMS, they don't. You also decide on the cart - you can upload any CMS and any cart you want. Or you can write your own.

Two ways to do this. One is to simply use the RSS feed that shows up in various locations on the site. For example, on the RIGHT side of the home page, under the BLOG posting, is this:

Like this page?
Save to del.icio.us
Add to My Yahoo!
RSS

That last one is an RSS feed that will put all the latest Q&A onto any page that will accept RSS feeds.

The other way is to use the TOOLS that Yahoo gives to site developers to 'pick the brains' of Yahoo Answers. You can read about THAT here:
http://developers.yahoo.com/answers

Technically, in EITHER case, credit is supposed to be given to Yahoo Answers -- but of course, that is not always the case, is it?
